Richmark Property Consultants Ltd was established by Zoe Richardson and Jane Allmark to deliver first class management and advice to the residential property management sector. With a combined 26 years’ experience in block management, Zoe and Jane have a wealth of industry knowledge, and a sound understanding of the problems and difficulties facing those involved in the block management sector at this time. Their aim is to guide clients through the legislation, responsibilities and obligations of the block management role and ensure developments are well managed, compliant, and well-funded for their clients.

How we work
We build relationships with both the Directors and the leaseholders, so that they have confidence in our management and trust that we will make the right decisions for their development.
We plan for our developments to noticeably improve through our management meaning every budget we set, and every work instruction we give, is done so to bring about productive change. We make positive changes in a short space of time and these are received well by residents on site.
We are very aware of the importance of handling service charges well for our clients. We work with contractors to secure the best price, but not at the expense of the standard of the work completed.
We understand the importance of good communication and we will aim to respond to queries within 24 hours. We send regular updates to leaseholders and also look to arrange
regular meetings with Directors to keep them up to date with important matters on their developments.
Site inspections are completed monthly or quarterly. On these inspections we will test emergency lights, smoke vents, and smoke alarms, and we note any hazards which need to be addressed.
Alongside the above, we ensure developments meet all legal and safety requirements, including fire risk management, emergency lighting, lift safety, health & safety compliance, and regular statutory inspections.
