Both Zoe and Jane pride themselves on being approachable, and are happy to speak with clients about any issues or concerns they have. Strong, client relationships are vital to good management. Zoe and Jane will often meet with clients either virtually or on site, and see these meetings as important to understand the needs of the client and to provide updates as to the development management. They are also happy for clients or leaseholders to pop and see them in the office for a chat and a catch up.
Zoe and Jane are passionate about managing developments well. They particularly enjoy a challenge and turning developments that have been poorly managed or underfunded around. They see potential in these sites and with their determined work ethic and a team of quality and reliable contractors they can change how developments are run and within a short space of time developments have funds and become places people can be proud to live in.
Zoe Richardson
Zoe has worked in block management for over 16 years. During her time working for another agent, she successfully grew a portfolio of various developments and clients across the North West. Zoe developed and sustained a number of strong client relationships who over the years have trusted her to manage their developments with the knowledge they are in safe hands.
Zoe manages the service charge accounts and invoicing. She works on the onboarding of new clients ensuring that this is a smooth process for the client and the leaseholders. She also works with contractors to continually monitor costs and that the work delivers value for money.
Zoe’s keen eye on costs and account management have seen developments that were previously cash starved, grow healthy reserves with little to no disruption to day-to-day maintenance.
Jane Allmark
Jane has been in property management for over 10 years. Jane previously worked for larger managing agents and as such has managed a large number of developments of varying sizes and needs; from large blocks with leisure facilities and concierge owned by landlords, to smaller developments of 3 apartments run by RMCs. This wide range of experience allows Jane to identify the specific needs of the development and tailor the service required to the client.
Jane achieved her MTPI qualification and continues her CPD to keep up to date with industry changes. This provides clients with access to the latest legislative changes.
Jane’s main role is maintenance, from day to day to major works. She also leads on health and safety compliance. Jane understands the importance of using service charge funds effectively, and will work with contractors to achieve a high standard of maintenance while ensuring the costs are proportionate.
